Hello Experts,
I am facing an issue wherein after completion of Activity of "To be Hired" and " Data Transfer for new employees", i am unable to see the data in the table T752F for PA48 hiring from HR side.
Switch RECFA HRRCF is maintained with value of the connected HR system.
Config activity of Set up Data Transfer for New Employees is also completed and RFC connections are maintained.
when i look in the Infotype 5140, i could find the data which shows the activity of "Data Transfer for New Employees" as completed.
May i request experts to share the possible causes for data not coming in T752F.
Pls note E-Rec and HR are integrated and on the same box.
Would appreciate any quick help over the same.
Cheers..
AJ.

Problem got Resolved. There was some issue with the RFC connection from Basis side.

Hi,
one question. Have you just completed the activity or explicitly pressed the button "Transfer data"?
Just the button does the transfer.
Otherwise you might have problems with your RFC connection.
Have you checked, if the user within the RFC connection has authorizations?
Last but not least check, that the T77S0 parameter RECFA HRXI is NOT set. Otherwise the functionality is different.
Best regards
Sebastian

Hello Sebastian,
Thanks for your prompt response.
I pressed the button itself and it pops up another box saying "Data Transfer in progress" and once i click on Ok, nothing is really happening.
In T77S0 parameter RECFA HRXI is NOT set, i have cross-checked that as well.
Regarding the RFC connection, Connection test tells me that its working fine.
Could you please guide a bit on the Authorization part to be checked for user within the RFC connection.
Many thanks.
Cheers..
AJ.
Hi,
actually I do not know the exact authorization. I think that you only need to pick up the function module, which is called from e-rec to HR and allow the function group as RFC-profile in your authorization role.
The easiest way is having a communication user on HR side assigned to the RFC from E-Rec to HR, give him SAP_ALL and do an authorization trace. After that you know the required authorization and can build your custom role.
Best regards
Sebastian
