Hi All,
When I try to execeute hrrcf_a_startpage_int_cand from se80 into package PAOC_RCF_UI_SELF_SERVICES
I get the following error message;
Unfortunately, the system is unavailable at the moment; try again later.
1) I run HRALXSYNC report and all the objects have green status.
2)P-NA->CP->BP relationship is ok.
What do I take this error message 'Unfortunately, the system is unavailable at the moment; try again later. ' ?
Please urgent help
Regards,
Ece
Request clarification before answering.
Can you try to execute CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE=>GET()) for the candidate from SE24 and see if that is successful, if it is then try to execute the function module for HRRCF_MDL_CAND_PROFRL_RETRIEVE for the user affected.
Can you check also your RECFA settings (see ntoe 997181) as this can happen if these are not set correctly in T77S0 and test the RFC connection in SM59.
RECFA BL2UI only in backend system with the RFC connection to frontend
system
RECFA UI2BL only in frontend system with the RFC connection to backend
system (must be a trusted connection)
As well, check that all roles to RCF_CAND_INT and service users etc are assigned correctly as well as printer and email address
If you still face issue, please advise if any cross system locking or CUA in your scenario
cheers
Sally

I have got one more question.
Is there any please that I can define reasons to activitiy types?
I found SAP e-recruiting--> applicant tracking-->activities-->set up confirmation activities
but in there I can only define reasons for 09 activity category. I want to define reasons for other activity categories. Where can I do this???

Hi Ece,
Could you check the authorization, try giving SAP_ALL authorization to the user testing, also have a look at the log through transaction SLG1, it should give you an indication of the error.
