I need to filtrer authorization by geographic place or by group of recruiter.

What exactly do you need to filter?

Since e-recruiting is based on the PD data model and the corresponding PLOG authorization object, you cannot really limit the access authorizations without using structural authorizations, which prove to be a pain.

Another option is to find a good spot for a filtering enhancement.
