ERC profiles upon termination

Hi,

Is there a standard method/strategy for handling ERC profiles of employees when they leave the company? What is normally done to allow the ex-employee to reapply in the company? Can they be allowed to use their old ERC profile? Are they required to create a new external profile? Can we convert their internal profile to be an external profile?

Hi Richard,

Unfortunately we don't have this right now. SAP is working on it.

Say when a Employee gets terminated, they have to create a new profile to reapply again.

I know this is not a good design but this is the current state of it.
