ERC - External Candidate Registration in EHP6

Hi,

We have upgraded our system to EHP6, but have issues in our EREC system. Whenever an external candidae tries to register eventhough the candidate accepts the data privacy statement (by checking the check box) and upon clicking the register button the system throws up an error message "First confirm acceptance of our data privacy statement"

Any help is highly appreciated.
