ERC - Applicant resource pool without Requisition/Posting

Hi,

We have a requirement where to build the applicant resource pool without creating the Requisition and Posting. Can we use the Application Groups functionality where we can create the requirement and applicants can apply to that to build the applicant pool.

Once we have an opening for the position will create the Requisition and from the applicant pool need to move the candidates to this Requisition.

Please let me know if the Application Groups functionality will work for this scenario or is there any other solution for this.

Hello Uday,

Yes it should work with application groups. When creating an application group, this generates an URL and when candidates click on this URL, they will be taken to the sollicitation wizard.

Another possibility would be to use the list of candidates having released their profile as applicant pool. For this, you only need to set up the registration page, and the candidate profile. All candidates with a released profile will then be visible by recruiters in the recruiter portal.

Hi Julien,

Thanks for your inputs and also we need to perform some activity steps for this applicant pool.

Like when we create the requirement and once we get the list of candidate applications, then we have to perform different activity steps (like screening) and based on the results from these activity steps will need to have the qualified applicant pool.

And once when we have an opening with the position will create the Requisition and from the qualified applicant pool need to move the candidates to this Requisition.

Again please let me know the Application Groups functionality will be the solution or any other possible solution for this scenario.
