Enhancement to the email delay behavior in Manage Recruiting Settings

Hello all,

I've submitted an enhancement idea related to the rejection email delay configuration in Recruiting SuccessFactors and would need your support with a vote, if you find it useful.

Here goes: the rejection email delay configuration does not work on records that are processed via an interface. This means that candidates moved through an API, not manually, will receive instant rejection emails, which means a bad user experience, as people feel that their applications have not been reviewed thoroughly.
