End users review training without Enable Now login

Is there a way to allow end users to review our training without having them to login to Enable Now?

I have demos, simulations and documentation I have built in Enable Now, but I am trying to figure out a way for our clients and other teams to review without them having to have a login for Enable Now.

I currently do not have access to a LMS but was wondering if there is some type of link I can generate or a way to upload it to SharePoint.

Another thought is can I turn it into a MP4 or video and post that to our TEAMS channel or Sharepoint?

Hi Vee,

It is obviously easier to provide access to the content through Manager, e.g. as a content library, but if that is not an option, perhaps you could publish the content from Producer in the Standard format. This publishes the content in HTML format that can be run from a web server. You will need to get your IT team to provide access to the web server.

From a technical perspective you can create MP4s but there are legal restrictions. Every content which is consumed and is created with SAP Enable Now needs a SEN license.

For that reason and as Shane already said his solution is much more easier for you.

Best regards,
