Enabling Microsoft Teams Online Meetings for SAP SuccessFactors Processes

Good morning,

regarding the integration in question, to set up the service account the following indication is given: 

“A service account is a normal Microsoft Exchange account. All interaction with Microsoft Exchange Online is done through this account. The service account creates, sends, updates, or deletes meeting requests for any users and resources to be included in an online meeting, such as an interview process. The service account should be in email format.”

What is meant by "normal Microsoft Exchange account"?

We use Microsoft 365 Online, to create the service account we have to set the license level, for example F3, E3 or others, does anyone know the setting recommended by Microsoft?
