Enabling Continuous Feedback for one type of employee, or one part of the business

Hello folks,

Is it possible to "Enable Continuous Feedback" for one part of the business (classified by either Division or Business Unit or a custom field on the UDF)? I don't see any option in Continuous Performance Management Feature to do that, which is understandable. However, has anyone faced a similar requirement where certain Performance Management features need to be enabled for one part of the business? And has this been handled by any other way, either restricting via Permissions via Permission Groups or an Error message via a Business Rule, etc?

Hi narayanvishwanathan

The access to CPM functionality is controlled by RBP, so you can decide if you want to grant access to CPM (all functionality or specific one) to a puntual target group in your customer organisation.
