In 2H2023 you introduced a New Option for Enabling Case-Insensitive Usernames.
This however only seems to be applicable for platform logins, and not when typing in the user name when verifying training records with a PIN code. Is this intentional? It would be good if this functionality could be applied to the user name in relation to e-signature. The requirement for case sensitive user names when typing PIN is confusing for our users and leads to many support tickets.
Request clarification before answering.
