EnableNow text input not recording properly

Hi,

I record EnableNow simulations on S4 HANA with a Fiori front-end.

I have been having an issue where I enter text into a field when recording, but the text then outputs in the simulation as a series of individual digits.

For example, if i enter the code "93647", it will output in the recording as five separate steps:

• 9 is entered
• 3 is entered
• 6 is entered
• 4 is entered
• 7 is entered

This happens randomly. I may record and most fields will enter as they should and then some will enter as above.

Does anyone know why this is happening and what i can do to prevent this occurring?

Hi Bryan,

I hope that your issue is taken care of already. If it still occurs, please try with a more recent application profile. It looks like your text input field was not recognized as such.

We have improved the Fiori application profiles over the last year. Also make sure to turn on the browser extension for Edge or Chrome.
