EnableNow On Premise HANA upgrade to a supported HANA version

Hi,

The current On Premise SAP Enable Now version is 1902 and the HANA DB is HANA 2.0 SPS03 Rev 37

We would like to perform a technical upgrade of the HANA database to a supported version but as far as I understand also the Manager needs to be upgraded to support the latest HANA database version, ref SAP Note 2693879

Is it possible to just upgrade the Manager to match the HANA version or is it mandatory to also upgrade the Producer and perform migration scripts etc.?

Hi Sveinung,

You need to upgrade Authoring components as well, as old ones won't work with the newer version of resources available in Manager.

Does the Authoring components also include the Desktop Assistant application?

So basically all components in the EnableNow solution must be upgraded at the same time if you perform an upgrade to a higher HANA version?
