EnableNow - Control is not in application error

I have a user that is getting the error 'Control is not in application. Click in the specified recording rectangle.

Why is she getting this? What do I need to do to resolve this?

Hi Jo,

Has a sub window opened during the recording process? If it has, the author will typically have to make sure that the sub window is within the recording frame - the red rectangle - before performing the step. You can get Enable Now to move the sub window within the recording frame using the Authoring Settings, refer to the image below.
