Hi team,
Our client is using SF recruiting from almost 2017, but not using any candidate profile conversion jobs. Now we want to implement the same, as we have a dependency on our 2 recent projects(eg: OpenText, WOTC)
We have over 2 millions of candidate profiles already in our system. If we go for a complete merge of all the profiles, we foresee 2 different issues
1. Mails will trigger to all the candidates in the system(candidates/employees might get confused of the sudden mail trigger). We can't even enable single sender email as w might lose track of important emails
2. Due to high volume of profiles, the job might take a very long time to run(might break in between)
We are planning to go with 1 week of data for profile conversion initially.
Does any one have any recommendation on this on how you handled this situation for any other clients?
