Enable Payout Curve_variable Pay

Hope you are doing well.

This is regarding the flexible curve which we enable to 6/8 payout point curve. My issue is I have enabled Flexible Curve and re-imported the business goals. upon loading it gives and error message as shown below

Any thoughts!

I have referred this KBA already. and followed below steps

You can define curve points within your Edit a Business Goal UI in Compensation Home without having to import a file. Once defined in goals you will be able to export them from here

While executing Bonus Calculation we are getting the attached error. Any clue?

I don't have bandwidth to look at your file or connect with you unfortunately so would suggest a ticket to support.

There is probably something in the file that the system is not accepting (an accent, some spacing, etc). The logs in provisioning > Monitor Jobs would give you all the details even though the Admin Center isn't.
