Enable Now - Web Assitant Prerequisites

Hi,

Please can someone highlight the prerequisites for enabling Web Assistant in Enable Now.

Am I correct is saying you need to be running SAP S/4HANA to take advnatge of this functionality?

Hi Andrew,

The prerequisites are listed in the Web Assistant Integration Guide and differ for each application. Generally, Single Sing On is required.

You can use the Web Assistant for a number of SAP Cloud applications, they are listed in the Product Availability Matrix. S/4 HANA Cloud / OnPremise is one of the applications that has Web Assistant available in the standard, but it's not a prerequisite. Others are f.e. SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud for Customer, and SAP Marketing Cloud.

On top of that, we are planning on rolling out a Web Assistant setup option for third party applications.
