Hi Alexander, this pop up is not an error message, it just means (for Content Authors) that on this page (Shell-home) in your application, no Web Assistant content object exists yet. For each page you need to have at least one basic content object created.
If you had already created content objects for this page and from one day to another it will be not displayed anymore it can be that your context information ( f.e. the Product Version) is outdated. Please check and maintain them on regular basis:

I would suggest to do context mass changes in Producer via Tools/ Web Assistant / Context Maintenance:
