Enable Now / SF release / product version

Dear all,

since the SF Release is coming up, I'm wondering, what product version I need to update in the Enable Now Web Assistant context information. The current product version is 1805. Can you help me and let me know, if this number remains or if there is a new version I need to add ?

Hi Jana,

in addition to Michaels comment, we also have a special case with Success Factors. Currently, all SF content is on version 1805 and there is no need to update this. So even if the "real" SF version changes in the SF system, the Web Assistant will currently read out 1805 as version number and will match your content to that.

Hi Jana,

If you have a preview/test instance of your upcoming SF system where the Web Assistant is already configured you can just simply open the Web Assistant (with Authoring permissions) click first on the pencil icon, then second on the Gearwheel icon and third on "Show Context Information". This should show you all the needed Information:
