Hello - Me and my team are noticing that when we pull user and lesson reports, it's not capturing current updates. We're currently are doing training and users are clicking through the course but in the report, it's not showing.
Has anyone experienced a lag or delay with how long it takes to see updates in reports?

The reports should update pretty much instantly. Is this new behavior you're seeing? If so, you may want to open a ticket. If you've never seen the reports updating instantly, check your Manager Detail Tracking setting in the Playback Settings. If your users are going through the Learner View, check the Scoring Method in the Course Assignments.
