Enable Now Recording Bar - Disappeared

Hi,

A colleague and I were working on a simulation earlier today. The recording was paused to open up another application. After the other application (file explorer) was opened we went to return to continue the recording, but the recording bar was no where to be found.

We closed out the application and have been getting the following error every since

we've cleared the browser, repaired the MSI file, and we still get the same error.

would the availability of the "next version preview" be causing this error or is there something else that we can do? Before opening a ticket, I thought it be best to check with the community first.

I would go to your temp folder and rename the CloudWA folder

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CloudWA

So look for this and rename to CloudWAv2

Then try to redownload the producer from the manager.

If the recording bar is disappearing it may be due to your profile in the recording. Make sure you are not on Quick recorder.

if you are on quick recorder you have to hit the END key on the key board or the Pause Key on the keyboard to end or pause the recording.

Not sure what you are trying to record.

I do not believe we were using quick recorder, but None of us can no longer open producer.

We were trying recording a business process in SAP. We created a new simulation, added the template, and then used the record control button. Since we could no longer locate the recording bar to unpause the recording. I recommend that we save what we have done and restart producer.

However now, we can no longer open Producer.
