Enable Now - Raw Report

I am currently having issues accessing the data in the raw report in Enable Now Managers. Learners have been setup and have accessed the simulations in test mode - this data is showing in the test mode reports but not in the raw data reports. Is there a configuration/setting that needs to be modified to get this to work ?

can you provide a bit more information, please?

1. Are you accessing the raw report through the expert feature (UI) or through the direct URL?
2. Are the test modes assigned to the users?
3. Is the group they are in hidden?
4. Can you share the URL that you are using (anonymize the first part)?

Let's see if we can get this solved here, it can be a bit tricky to drill down to the root cause.

@Kristina - here are the details for your questions

We are not using expert feature (UI). We are opening it from Enable Now Manager by accessing the Raw Data Report from the drop down menus in administration.

2. Are the test modes assigned to the users?

Yes the test simulations links have been assigned to the ‘Learner’ group

3. Is the group they are in hidden?

These are just employees set up as ‘Learners’. There is no hidden sub group right now.

4. Can you share the URL that you are using (anonymize the first part)?

thank you for your detailed explanation. Please excuse the delayed response on my end.

The raw report has an issue with objects that are hidden, so if the project you have assigned is inside of a group which is hidden, the raw report will not show any data.

Other than that I don't see a reason why the raw report would not work. Have you checked KBA 2828535 - SAP Enable Now - Learning Reporter (variant reports)? It does mention that the learners have to access the content through the learner view - is that the case in your set up?

Please open up an incident with support (component KM-WPB-MGR) if the issue persists.
