Enable Now Quiz Scoring for SCORM Wrapped Courses

We have been SCORM wrapping our books and simulations to upload to our LMS. Our courses complete successfully but we do not receive any scoring. We have the following settings on Trainer Global:

And the following for the quiz:

I have Progress and Result Tracking set to none on the quiz/test because we were having issues with the course not completing on the LMS if it was set to one of the other settings.

I also cannot remember from WPB days if it matters where in the course the quiz should reside for scoring. Does it matter if its at the end of a book module, or in the middle for scoring to work?

Yeah, but the simulation doesn't show the setting for Test mode. It just said no changes required. We've played with the different options for Test mode for SCORM and if we change to results and progress than our courses don't complete on the LMS.
