Enable Now Quiz Display Issue

Hi dear experts.

We're facing an issue in Enable Now Producer. When author want to create quiz there is no display nothing but white screen. Even with the filled questions, descriptions.. I'm sharing a screen shoot.

That's likely a separate issue, but yes, re-synchronize, and if that doesn't help, do what it says to Revert Resources.

For the Quiz Template: OK, well you can't create a Quiz if you don't have a Quiz (Question) Template! You can either create your own (as explained here - which I would not recommend as it is fairly technical) or you can download one of SAP's pre-built ones (which you can then customize if you want to) from the Info Center, here.

Hi Dirk! Thanks for update. However I still having a blank page. In preview mode It is ok. During editing cant see anything.

Hmm, not sure - I don't have that problem once I've assigned a Template. Make sure your Template is under Root somewhere (not just Unsorted) and saved to server / published, in case that makes a difference.

For what it's worth, the WYSIWYG pane isn't a great deal of help for Quizzes anyway - you can't actually enter anything on it directly (everything is done via the Properties) and in my experience sometimes it doesn't accurately show how things will appear in playback anyway (text boxes the wrong size, etc.)

hi Dirk! thanks for rapid answer however there is no template? When ı start the producer I saw a warning about "unknown resources revision" (I'll add the warning below the screenshot). Any comment on why is this happening?
