Hi
I've created book pages that contain text pop ups. We use the PDF compound document to send to our SMEs to review content.
However, the PDFs do not contain the content of the text box, just a blue square indicating where the pop sits on the page.
I've looked at both the authoring and playback settings and cannot see a fix. The show in documentation option is ticked.
Thank you in advance

Hi Michael,
I would add the Reviewers Role to the people who need to do the reviews and allow that Role to see the authoring version of the content, i.e. the content that has not yet been published. This will allow the Reviewers to see the content in the online format, which is the true version of the content.
Outside that, your only option is to modify the Compound Document settings in Resources to generate the Book Pages as text, rather than an image.

The challenge with doing this is that the order of the objects on the page impacts order that they are generated in the printed document, which may not make sense.
Live reviews is definitely easier.
Regards
Shane
