Having problems when editing text to speech. When using the google text to speech for our simulation and edit a screen shot and run the video the google to text voice reverts to the default voice for the specific screen shot.

I'm not sure I understand what you are doing here. You're editing the screenshot - so going into Paint or something, and that is making it change the voice used?? I just tested that and I can't reproduce it (cloud edtion, latest release).
But, thinking this through, you should note that the Google Cloud Text to Speech function effectively takes a snapshot of the text at the time you generate the audio, and saves that. It does not 'dynamically read out' the text by converting on the fly at display time (which is a good thing, as you would be paying to translate it every time someone plays it!). So unless you re-generate the text, that (point-in-time) generation is all you should ever hear.
To do what you say is happening you would need to generate Audio using the default (Windows) voice using Audio > Convert Text to Speech, and then use Tools > Text to Speech > Google Cloud Text to Speech. Why would you do that? Surely you would use one or the other? I would suggest you:
And then from then on ONLY use Google TtS.
One further comment. Unfortunately Google TtS does not use the contents of any Text-to-Speech Override macro included in the Step - it will always / only ever take the Demo Text. (I've mentioned this to SAP - hoping they fix it in 2011 when they're doing work with G-TtS anyway.
*** Unless I'm misunderstanding the issue, in which case explain it again and I'll take another stab at it. ***

OK, I understand what you are doing, now. You are basically NOT using Google Cloud Text To Speech. There is no ability to select a Google 'voice' via the functionality you are using - it only allows you to select one of the Windows voices. To use Google Cloud Text to Speech, you need to use menu option Tools > Text To Speech > Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. But again, as noted earlier, this will only ever take the contents of the bubble, and not anything you enter via the Audio Text To Speech dialog box. It's not a good implementation (G-TtS was basically 'grafted on' and not 'integrated') but again I'm hopeful that SAP will provide a more robust solution in 2011 as they are doing some other work into G-TtS (for Book Pages).
Hi Dirk,
Let me give you a little more information.
So we have information:
On the simulation bubble if has the information from recording but sometimes we add more information by editing the Audio Text to Speech dialog box. When this is done and listen to it it defaults to the Default Windows Systems Voice. See attached screen shot. It only has an option to select Default Windows Systems Voice. How can we get it to keep the Google Text to Speech Voice.default-window-system-voice.png
