Enable Now Producer component does not generate documentation

Hello Everybody,

I am a SAP HCM consultant from Turkey. Currently I am implementing Enable Now. The problem I have encountered is when I connect producer to manager portal and record content via producer after recording when I click on generate documentation nothing happens. Do you have any idea how can I solve this ? On the other hand when I work offline there is no any problem, plus quick recording mode does not work when producer connected with manager workarea ?

Hi Safak,

this problem occurs when no Microsoft Word version is installed. The Producer needs Word to generate documentation, even PDFs.

Quick recording mode should work independently of whether you are online or not.
