Enable Now Microsoft Edition Version: 10.3.7 (build 1269)

Hi everyone,

I have a Manager (Microsoft Edition Version: 10.3.7 (build 1269)) and I want to download Producer as well. However I can not find the right version of Producer on Support.sap. According to this note I need to download this

As I said above I couldn't find the ENANOWAE07_1-80002762 file.

All suggestions are welcome.

Probably, your version is out of the mainstream maintenance. It had been 2 years for every release, but recently it was increased to 3 years, I believe. Still, your version seems older, that's why it's removed from the support.sap.com

Your choices:

1. Upgrade SAP Enable Now to a newer version that is officially supported.(Preferred)

2. Submit an OSS message to SAP and ask to share the Producer installation file for your version.

Anton is correct, it is over 3 years old. You can see the details of the download package from Enable Now version details but if you cannot find the corresponding download package, please raise the ticket as suggested.
