Enable Now Manager is not syncing with Producer

We have a workarea we only use for a few courses and it's been awhile since we we're in it. I go in yesterday and manager doesn't align with Producer. How can I get Manager to match Producer? Other authors are having the same issue.

To get Manager to match Producer is really the wrong way round. Manager should be the master. That said, if you have content (or changes) that exists in Producer but isn't in Manager, make sure they (and their parents, all the way up to Root) are all saved to the server, refresh Manager, and you should see them.

I did that and it still isn't matching. I have things in My Unsorted Objects that need to come out and just be in the regular workarea.

Everything appears to be saved to server.

OK, so go into Producer, use menu option Server Workarea > Check Out Objects, select Unsorted and everything under it (or just select everything, then when you see it in Producer drag it from there to wherever it is supposed to go, under Root. (You can also drag/drop in Manager, but it's painful if you need to move objects more than the current screen height (autoscrolling doesn't see to work).
