Enable Now Manager Error "Cannot create connected workarea"

Hi,

we try to connect the connected workarea for SAP standard content and get the error message:

Creation of connected workarea failed.

This are the connection data, we use:

the URL is: HTTPS://education.hana.ondemand.com/education/wa/s4/~tag/published

the versions of software:

SAP HANA Rev. 67.01, Tomcat number: 9.0.76.0, OS Name: Windows Server 2019, Architecture: amd64, JVM Version: 11.0.19+9-LTS-224

We set the timeout : Timeout of sql server request (ms) already to 2000ms.

Cors settings:

So we do think, we did all neccessary settings.

We tried to create the workarea with different users (super user also). We can create a normal workarea without problems.

Hi,

we now checked with our Proxy team. The request timed out at the proxy, and we get the following error message in our SEN protocol:

Caused by: java.security.KeyStoreException: problem accessing trust store

Does anyone knows, which certificate is neccessary / is missed?
