I would also recommend anonymizing this area of the screen. You can select all your screens in a project by going to Edit > Select Macros by Type > Screen.
Then go to Tools > Bulk Changes > Anonymize Screen Area to select that part of the screen you need to anonymize. It will cover the same area in all selected screenshots so make sure there's nothing important there.

This is a browser feature, where the 'destination' of a link is shown in the lower left - which is a useful safety feature so I'm not convinced removing it is a good idea. It is possible to re-code the application to remove it, but again, probably not a great idea (although you're welcome to open a customer request). Other than that you're looking at editing it out of the screenshots or 'anonymizing' that section of the screen if you really don't want users to see it. But again, this is a standard browser feature, and something users will see in the actual system, so maybe it should be left in there?
