Enable Now Hide Control Bar on Publish

Can anyone help me with the Control bar settings in Enable Now?

I have adjusted the settings to hide the control bar on Playback

The control bar hides on playback EXCEPT – when published. On the published playback, the control bar is displayed.

I cannot find in settings how to remove the control bar from the published output. Can anyone advise?

Hi debbomck

Just publish your updated Playback Settings resource (where you hid the Control Panel). This will fix the issue.

When using the authoring links, Enable Now always refers to the latest versions of content and resources, no matter whether published they are or not. If you use the published link, it ALWAYS uses the published versions of content AND resources that explain how this content needs to be played.

P.S. If you didn't modify the existing Playback Settings resource, but created a new one (with a hidden control panel) AND set it as a default, then you need to publish the default configuration resource. You can find it under Resources - Configurations - default
