Hi Linda,
You can point the Feedback function to an external feedback tool to capture extended feedback but outside that your only option is to modify the text of two options that are displayed for the user. The text strings are located in the Standard Playback Dictionary, which is located under Resources. If you modify the relevant strings - Feedback_Mistake and Feedback_Comments - in the dictionary and republish it, you can change the text provided to users.
