Hello there,
I really need to try and develop a report that lists users and all the training they have assigned, along with the status of the training (such as incomplete / complete).
I'm wondering if there is a way to build such a report in Power BI?
I've successfully connected the Users report and Lessons report to Power BI but is there a data source that can be connected that links the two?
Many Thanks,
Andrew
Hi andrewpickstone,
Have you tried the All Raw Lesson Report? This can be reached only via URL.
Add the suffix after the host and Manager instance name: report/rawlessondata?download=1&accept-type=csv&GMToffset=120&date _format=yyyy/MM/dd%20HH:mm:ss
Example: https://xyz.enable-now.cloud.sap/report/rawlessondata?download=1&accept-type=xls&GMToffset=120&date _format=yyyy/MM/dd%20HH:mm:ss
The generated data file contains the following data columns: Workarea ID, Object UID, Mode, Object Name, UID, Caption, User DN, Completed, Completed (Percentage), Passed, Passed (Percentage), Time Needed, Date Last Access.
Please refer to Note 2759065 for more details.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your help. That was incredibly useful.
Note 2759065 makes reference to reporting on "not started" assignments. Unfortunately, I was unable to understand from the note how to ensure that "not started" assignments are included in the data.
Is there any additional information available on this?
Many Thanks,
Andrew
