I have added a few users in the Manager manually and provided the necessary roles and permissions. When the users try to access the created Training library url using their credentials they are not able to log in. Getting the same Authorization pop-up again and again.
If they try to login into the manager and access the link, It is working.

Hi Eric,
I suspect that you have not provided the URL of the published library, but the URL of the version of the library that authors and administrators can access. To get the URL of the published content:
1. Open Manager and publish all content, content templates, and the Resources
2. Click the down arrow beside All Tag - top, right corner and select Published
3. Locate and parent folder (Group object) of the library and click on it
4. Copy the Start Link and provide this link to the end users - the URL should contain the string ~tag/published in the middle part of the URL; if it does not, you are providing the wrong URL for end users.
