Enable Now as ChatBot resource

Hello,

we would like to use Enable Now as source for our company intern chatbot. 

The idea would be that the chatbot can read the information in our workarea and uses it as base for the answers.

In addition, we don't just want to read out the information and pass it to the chatbot for use, but also include new information in Enable Now.

Does anyone have any ideas on how we could make the information from Enable Now available to the chatbot?

Hi Marie,

Sorry, I don't know how to configure you Chatbot but every Enable Now object has a unique URL so is you can use that information to configure your Chatbot then you are good to go.  To access that unique URL:

1. Open Manager and open the Workarea containing the content that is to be linked into your Chatbot
2. Click on the down arrow beside the All Content link and select Published (top, right corner)
3. Click on a content object.  The Start Link attribute contains the unique URL that can be used to access that content object

Hello, I have a similar use case. I would like to export a file with all the content titles and links at once in one file. This way, our chatbot can ingest the informaiton and include the direct link to the material. Please advise on how to extract this information. Thank you. Charlene
