Enable class registration through generated link without making the class visible in the catalog?

Hello!

We'd like to invite only specific people to this class, and generate a link for each class where only those who received the link can sign up for.

Is this possible?

I don't think this is possible as the Class needs to be visible in a Library for people to be able to view and register for it. Also, I don't think generated link to the specific class will work for Learners if the Class is not visible in a Library either. To get around this you could add a new Library just for this training classes and make the library visible just to the people you want to register. Alternatively, you could ask people for their class registration date preference and then register them as required as a LMS Administrator?
