Employment Status in Story reports

Hi,

I want to filter out the inactive employees from one of my story reports, but the employment status = "Inactive" option under Job Information schema is not available

Additionally, the "Status" field under Basic User Information schema  is greyed out.

kindly suggest how to achieve it.

Hi Punita, Grey "Status" in Basic User Information looks like 100% permission issue. You can check it, if you switch on "Unconditional access to the data" in the Reporting section in your role and then have access to that field in the report, that would mean that you lacked some permission for sure. Second option is to use "Employment status" dimension from Job information for filtering where you need to exclude "Terminated"

"Status" field under Basic User Information schema  is greyed out.

---->Under Manage Business configuration -> Employee Profile --> Standard -> Status, please check if the object is defined correctly, like Enabled should be "Yes".

If the config is correct, please check if permission is maintained for status field under Employee data in RBP

  Both the options suggested by you enabled correctly still issue is there in my instance .

Hi Subbu, these are enabled. need to put filter on status field that is greyed out once I try to put filter on this field,
