Hi Guru's,
We have issue with employment status. When we run Transfer/Promotion run after LOA action , status is changing from Inactive to Active. But in our business case.. Transfer or promotion are still run when employee is on LOA ,but status should remain same .
Kindly hep with suggestions on how can we achieve this .
