Our team recently received a request to create an employment history report reflecting the full employment history, capturing all rehire and term dates of both Active and Termed employees in the system.
Since Employment Details section does not store the historical information, I am not sure how we could easily go about creating this with the exception of maybe creating a story report reflecting hire/rehire/term data changes in the system with effective dates? Has anyone created a report similar to this? Example is attached of customer request.
Request clarification before answering.
You can report by all Events. The Time Filter in the Job Information table will default to "as of date" only pulling the most recent Hire Date, Termination Date etc. Remove the Time Filter and you will get all Events and probably sort by User ID (or any unique ID to identify employees).
You will not get them per column though (like in your screenshot). They will show up one event per row per employee.
