Employement percentage has change from 100% to 75% in infotype

Hi can some give suggestion.

Issue :

Employement percentage has changed from 100% to 75% in info type 0007, in the meantime employee also applied for leave from 2001, but in Quota instead 1 full day, as quota also deducted .75 day , How to control this to 1 full day for quota deduction.
