I have imported all necessary import employee data CSV files but I need to manually assign in the instance for each employee the corresponding department and division...Do you know why is that the case and how to solve this?
Why would that not be possible via import, mass change or integration center job? Job Info import should normally provide that option (unless its read only perhaps, but then you couldn't change it manually either).
