Check the Employee Status set in the event reason selected for termination.

It should be Employee Status: Terminated

Hi Jaideep, thanks for your response, Employee status is terminated, but the data has not synced with UDF file, Just not clear why the data is not syncing.

Hi Santosh,

There may be several reasons why the employee status doesn't update, I recommend you to check few things:

- is termination date effective?

- is there any other transaction done after termination that changed the employee's status to "active"

- check termination details in Employment Details portlet

- check if HRIS sync job run

Hi Santosh,

Is the HRIS Sync Job scheduled to run daily? If this issue is concerning only one employee, you may try making a dummy change to employee's current job information record (like adding Notes) and save. This should re-trigger the hris sync job. Hope you can solve the problem.
