Can I track the offboarding history of an employee to know more about the previous retentions ?

Hi, ahmed_magdy.

You can try by making a People Analytics Report with the Onboarding Schema and filter by the user's Employee ID or User ID (if it was rehired with same employment).

Otherwise, you'd have to go to Manage Data - Process and insert the EE's User IDs to understand which specific Process objects correspond to a Process Type 'Offboarding'. And you can compare it with the EE's JobInfo History via the EE's people profile.
