Employee Referal in E-recruitment

Hi Experts,

Is it possible for an employee to refer candidates in E-recruitment (for vacancies with the organization)?

Can it be possible to managed in ESS where employee can upload the candidate CV for vacancies?

in the search engine you can forward a job to somebody else. The principle of EREC is that the person applies by himself

Thanks for valuable inputs & quick response.

I may clarify the requirement as, the employee of an organization needs to forward the friends CV and other details for a vacancy published in the organization.

Will it be possible through ESS to forward the CV?

In E-REC, can the candidate fill the employee number who has referred for the vacancy?

There's nothing foreseen for this no. The recruiter can create a manual external application for this, but the employee will have to forward the CV himself.

When a candidate applies, in the wizard there is the application source in the "Cover letter" step.

There he can choose type Employee Referal and is asked to fill in the firstname and lastname.
