Employee record missing in the UDF

Hi All,

Currently, we are having an issue, where an employee's duplicate (No data) profile needs to be purged.

But upon checking in UDF, only one record is present for this employee, i..e the correct profile's record.

The duplicate profile record is not there. I tried doing the import in sequence, so that the record gets created. But it did not.

When we are trying to apply 'Separation' through Take Action, it ends up with this error- ''Error: Unable to determine the EventReason for the proposed change(s)''.

Can anyone advise here, how can i get the record for the duplicate profile in UDF?

Hi neeraj.jain16 and jasper.de.groot , thanks for your comments.

I believe this could have incorrectly got created through Taleo integration.

However, I was able to purge this user.

I firstly imported the data for this user in import sequence, then the data came up for No data profile.

Hello! How did you purge the employee if that one does not exist in the UDF?

How can you tell there's a duplicate record (as normally the UDF should be able to tell)?
Is it perhaps an onboardee or a user in manage pending hires (if so then you basically have to take very different actions to ensure the system registers the person as inactive external user so that this user can be purged).
