One employee is not receiving her MLL course overdue notifications. It appears there is an issue with her MLL profile. While other employees are receiving their notifications, she is not receiving hers. However, she does receive notifications for her direct reports. Brittney has confirmed that she used to receive these notifications before, but currently her manager is receiving her overdue email notifications.
I have checked her Outlook settings to ensure there are no rules or logic affecting this, and we have successfully sent notifications to her manually.
Request clarification before answering.
