employee inactivated

why when I move an employee to another division or department the employee becomes inactive?

Can you please describe the steps you are doing, because the change of an employee department or division does not make him/her inactive as per standard.

Job Info , Position Change, Save, Workflow , manager only approver approves change, employee on whom change has been made is inactive

Hi,

PLease check if the employee status of your Even reason make the employee inactive.

Like the event reason that you choose for this action, has a field as Employee Status. If this field is set to Terminated or holds any other inactive status, eventually the employee becomes Inactive.

Just check once..

as you can see employee status is full time

Dear markocrvenkov,

It seems that the event reason used in this change, is setting the status of your employee to inactive. Please go to the "Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures" and check field "Employee Status" (below screenshot) of your event reason. It should not be terminated in case you don't want the employee to become inactive.

employee status is "Full time"

Dear markocrvenkov,

The employee status must be selected for cases like, Hire, Rehire, Termination, but for events like Promotion, Demotion, Job Change, Transfer, Data Change should be empty, "No Selection". Please try like this.
