Dear markocrvenkov,

It seems that the event reason used in this change, is setting the status of your employee to inactive. Please go to the "Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures" and check field "Employee Status" (below screenshot) of your event reason. It should not be terminated in case you don't want the employee to become inactive.

Thank you.

Dear markocrvenkov,

The employee status must be selected for cases like, Hire, Rehire, Termination, but for events like Promotion, Demotion, Job Change, Transfer, Data Change should be empty, "No Selection". Please try like this.

Thank you.

Dear markocrvenkov,

Could you please share a screenshot of your Event Reason set up and also the job history record of the test employee who become inactive?

Thanks,

Karen Perez
