Employee Hire event is not triggering on creation of an employee

Hi Experts,

We are trying to trigger an rest outbound integration(Integration Center) based on new hire event(ISC) on employee creation in success factors(Employee Central). By Add new Employee.

We have configured the rule EVENT_HIRE (EVENT_HIRE) in Job Information (jobInfo) in Admin Center -> Manage Business Configuration as an onPostSave rule with base object as Job Information Model.

We have also create a flow on Employee Hire event in intelligent service center.

Also flow rule mentioned is always true and publishing rule is configured as well.

We have tried creating many employees, but still Employee Hire event is not getting triggered. Kindly suggest.

Hi All,

Publishing rule should match the rule which is configured in 'manage business configuration'. And rule should have that particular event related to our task.

It is working fine afterwards.

Hi Ankit,

I have done all the steps and the same rule i created is updated in Manage business config under job info as OnPostSave rule but still no event triggered.
