I have a scenario where an employee goes on maternity leave followed by parental leave and the manager should be notified 30 days before the employee return from LOA. Say for instance an employee applied for maternity leave from 10 October 2024 - 5, Feb 2025 followed by parental leave from 6 Feb 2025 to 8 April 2026. The system should only consider 8 April 2026 as expected return date and an alert should be triggered 30 days before the expected return date. ( Some employees take only maternity leave or parental leave). Is this achievable? How?
